Mount Vernon Library Commons: Ribbon Cutting

Looking back on 2024, we wanted to share with you a fun project that we are grateful to have contributed to, the Mount Vernon Library Commons. We are proud to have been selected as the predominant vendor supplying the plant materials on this community project.

This modern library is more than just a place to borrow books, it is a hosting place for community events, workshops, and even cultural programs. Community members can take advantage of readings, exhibits, and educational classes in multiple languages tailored to benefit and serve a diverse population. It also serves as a convenient downtown parking garage and boasting the nation’s largest electric charging station hub!

Community leaders, architects, builders, and others worked many hours to create this amazing new space for our local Skagit Valley community. The landscape was designed be inviting, encouraging people to learn and connect with one another, creating a space where nature and learning coexist.

The project culminated in a state-of-the-art facility with a modern, environmentally friendly design which will serve our residents for many years to come!
